Stefanie is involved in several bands. She sings, plays the bass guitar, instruments with keys and other things in LOCAS IN LOVE. The band started as a duo in 2001 and went through many different line-ups with Stefanie, Björn and Niklas being the only constant members. Locas In Love have been exploring a broad and diverse musical universe releasing two albums, four EPs and several singles on major and minor labels and almost incessant touring through Europe and brief visits to the USA.

The threesome Stef-Björn-Niklas are also LOCAS ELECTRONICAS, the BEAR MACHINE team and members of KARPATENHUND. Locas Electronicas play electropop and plan to record their first album sometime in 2011. Karpatenhund is a pure pop band in which Stef handles bass guitar, bass synthesizer, synthies, samplers and drum computers of all kinds. The band has put out an album, an EP and several singles some of which entered the charts. In 2010, Stef and her two Bear Machine collaborateurs built a recording studio and called it the BEAR CAVE.
